Whether using standard view or Attendant view, you can quickly find whoever you are looking for through extended search. This allows quick matches in fields when searching for someone. Extended search can be enabled or disabled in advanced settings in preferences. However, as an attendant, the extended search feature is activated by default when you are logged into a distribution group.
