Attendant Actions


Attendant is your one-stop telephony shop. If you have not answered within 30 seconds, are busy on another call, or if you decline the call, the call will get diverted to the switchboard number. You can also choose a specific number for the call to get diverted to if you decline it.

Similarly, you can set the Attendant to send a busy response or tone, and if the call fails for whatever reason, MiCloud will send a message with the cause of the failure to the caller.
