How do I get the itemised billing for an extension?

Search for the extension/user as per above. Once the user appears, click on “Run Report”. The itemised billing will then appear for the current month.     You can change the month on the top left under “Bill Period”.




How do I schedule Reports?

Each organisation can schedule daily, weekly or monthly reports and indicate to which e-mail address/s they need to be delivered to.
