Configuring Call Routing


You can set rules to make MiCloud even smarter: Call routing rules help the system know what to do with certain calls. These can be set by the company, by groups, or by you, if you are authorised to do so.

Rules can be set for:

  • Inbound calls – The association between personal phone numbers and personal phones are defined, ordering which available phone(s) should ring when a call is received on your personal number.
  • Outbound rules – These dictate which number should come up when a call is placed. If no outbound rule exists, the system will set the number to private.
  • Fallback rules – These control how incoming calls which cannot be connected are handled. For example, diversion to voicemail or diversion to another number.
