Bill Period	Period that runs in conjunction with your invoice bill cycle
Calendar Period	Period that runs according to the calendar month namely 1st – 31st
Direction	Relating to the direction of the call, can be one of the following: incoming, outgoing and internal
Call Type	Refers to the type of call that was made, as an example: Local, mobile, national, international and on-net.
Sort	Ability to sort by cost, quantity of calls or duration.
Source	If there are multiple sources of CDR’s, this filter allows you to isolate a specific data source.
Department	Allows you to filter the report to show a specific department.
