Total Spend Category >>
Report Name Short Description
Branch User Summary See all Branches within the organisation and the associated costs, number of calls and total minutes. This report can also be expanded to see the users linked to each branch.
Call Trends This report illustrates the “Type” of calls that are originating from within your organisation? It’s a high-level report and builds a trend over time by way of graphical bar chart.
Daily Call Summary Shows a running month summary of each days calls. Ideal for identifying a variance over the month. The report can also be expanded to show hourly calls with ability to click through to a user level.
Department Extract Allows for the entire organisation to be extracted into a “Flat” Structure showing each user and their associated call types, the relevant cost, number of calls and duration. Filters exist to narrow down to specific departments.
Department Summary Report that summarises the cost, minutes and duration of calls made by each department within an organisation. Filters exist to narrow down to specific departments.
Total Branch Spend Report that highlights the total spend per branch within an organisation, filters exist to highlight whether the calls were incoming, outgoing or internal.
Inter-Branch Spend** Inter-branch report highlights any calls made from within the organisation to another individual or branch within the organisation.

Report Name Short Description
Extension Call Types Report that shows all the call types by extension. Filters exist to highlight different departments and direction of the calls reflecting if they were incoming, outgoing or internal.
Extensions Summary Summary of all extensions showing total number, cost and duration of all calls. Filters exist to highlight different departments and direction of the calls to reflect if they were incoming, outgoing or internal.
Top Spenders A leader board of sorts. Shows users who have tallied up the highest call charges month to date. Filters exist to highlight different call types, bill periods and departments.
Usage: Pvt vs. Business Report highlighting the private calls and business calls per user against a pre-defined private allowance.

 

Call Exceptions Category >>
Report Name Short Description
Calls Answered Report allowing you to view number of incoming and or outgoing calls that were answered. Filters exist allowing you to select a specific hour of day, a specific branch and direction of calls.
Longest Calls Report showing the cost and details for the single longest calls within the organisation. Filters exist for type of call and branch.
Missed Calls Report showing the number of missed calls received by a users extension. Filters exist for hour of the day, branch and the report also offers the ability to search for a specific extension.
Most Expensive Calls Report showing the cost for the single most expensive calls within the organisation. Filters exist for type of call and branch.
Top Dialled Report showing the most frequently dialled numbers, the report can be filtered by cost, calls and duration as well as by branch and call type.
Zero Billing Extensions** This report will highlight any extension that has not been used for a period of time, report can be filtered by direction of the call.

 

Itemised Billing Category >>
Report Name Short Description
Itemised Billing Allows the organisation to extract itemised billing for a specific period of time. Filters allow for custom time period to be chosen as well as branch and direction of call.

Number Dialled Search A forensic type of report that allows an organisation to search for any number dialled by any one of the users.
Search Users Ability to search for a user by extension, by name or by department.
