If you have set the security setting on Internet Explorer or from Control Panel to High you need to add the MiCloud server address to your trusted sites.

To add the server address to your trusted sites, start Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet Options. Open the Security tab and choose the Trusted sites icon. Select Sites, and enter the server address given to you by your administrator, which will look like http://example.servername.com.
