Recording a Call


If you want to ensure you never miss a thing, you can record a call. It’s as easy as pressing Record to start and pressing Stop to end the recording. If you want to listen to the recorded call, go to the Log in your Inbox, or select Tools > Inbox. Admins can set how much recording storage each user gets (MB), the maximum length of a recording (seconds), and whether they get e-mail notifications.
