You can see whether your contacts are busy or not in the Exchange calendar. This is dependent on authorisation, but if you are authorised, you will see a blue icon if the contact will be busy with a meeting in the next 60 minutes, and a red icon if they are busy. If the calendar is shared with you, you will also be able to see the calendar for the day.

MiCloud can also be integrated with your Exchange 2003, 2007 or 2010 server to let everyone in the company see everyone else’s Exchange statuses. MiCloud uses Exchange 2007 SP1 to sync user presence changes, and does not apply any changes to the Exchange calendar. Once set-up, the Exchange server checks for presence changes 1 hour in advance, but this can be set manually. Currently, only Exchange events with a presence settings of “Busy”, “Out of Office” or “Free” will be synchronised, with “Free” being translated into “Available”.
