TMS Terms and Conditions


MiCloud Hosted Telephone Management System (TMS) is a billing management and reporting platform that delivers powerful, on-demand insight and accurate information relating to usage, expenditure and trends for each one of your end user extensions. Hosted TMS is available to any subscribing extension as an optional add-on service, and access to the call records and reporting is provided via a permission-based customer web portal. Reporting can be drawn from the portal or be scheduled to be delivered directly to the user or administrator email inbox.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Words and phrases defined in the Service Description shall have the same meaning in this Service Order.

  1. Customers are charged on a per-extension basis each month and billed in 30-day cycles.
  2. Customers may scale the service up or down by adding or removing users at any time.
  3. MiCloud Hosted TMS uses an embedded Call Rating engine to provide internal billing reports and statistics. This may have a small variance to the actual Service Provider billing which is true billing and the basis on which your invoice for calls are generated.
  4. Call Detail Records are collected from the MiCloud platform every 45 minutes and therefore the Hosted TMS may only provide call records for reporting and statistical purposes once calls are processed. Real-time call records are available within the MiCloud platform and is separate to the Hosted TMS.
  5. Call Detail Records will be archived in the Hosted TMS after 3 months but will be available to via the portal for as long as the service remains active.
  6. All call records and reporting is available for online viewing or can be exported in various formats. Reports can be scheduled and automatically emailed to users or administrators as required.
  7. MiCloud TMS does not carry a formal service level however call records are stored in multiple servers ensuring that any downtime or service interruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
  8. MiCloud and its network and upstream providers cannot be held responsible for any lost or corrupt call data, or held liable for any damages or financial compensation that might arise from using the MiCloud TMS.
