Can I drill through to more detail in the reports?

Certain reports contain a Hyperlink to another report containing more detail. Any description within a report that is underlined contains a link to more detail. By Clicking on the link, you will be provided with additional detail.

How do I get the itemised billing for an extension?

Search for the extension/user as per above. Once the user appears, click on “Run Report”. The itemised billing will then appear for the current month.     You can change the month on the top left under “Bill Period”.
