MiCloud utilizes the SMS services of Clickatell, an internationally recognized and authorized integration partner to the MiCloud platform. Included in the MiCloud service is the ability to send customized and template SMS messages to internal or external users.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Words and phrases defined in the Service Description shall have the same meaning in this Service Order.

1. By default, all MiCloud users have the ability to send SMS messages from their MiCloud applications.
2. SMS messages are charged per message in accordance with our published rate table are subject to change where you will be notified of such changes with 30 days notice
3. The MiCloud SMS service is exclusively for broadcast and sending SMS’s and does not support replies. Any replies are automatically deleted.
4. By utilizing the MiCloud SMS service you are bound by and agree to the terms of use between Clickatell and you as the user as specified on the Clickatell website. These Terms contain the agreement between Clickatell and you and consist of General Terms, service specific terms that may apply, the Rules of Use and the Privacy Policy. 5. MiCloud and it’s network and upstream providers cannot be held responsible for any lost or corrupt call data, or liable for any damages or financial compensation that might arise from using the Hosted Telephone Management System.
6. MiCloud and it’s network and upstream providers cannot be held responsible for any guaranteed delivery of SMS messages, or liable for any damages or financial compensation that might arise from using the SMS service.
