If you’re a multitasking master and prefer to type while you talk, you can set the headset profile the way you want to in the Headset Settings tab. Choose which audio devices you want included in the Headset Profile, and select the audio device that is connected to the computer’s headset for Input and Output. To hear the phone ring, choose the audio device that is connected to the computer speakers.

MiCloud’s smart enough to work with most headsets, whether they are USB connected or wireless. But if you want to use the headset to control the calls, we recommend headsets from Plantronics or from Jabra. Plantronics headset support is included for PC and Mac, while Jabra headset support is included for PC. Bear in mind that Plantronics does not support Bluetooth connection with PC or Mac and that Jabra headsets are not supported on Mac.

Whichever one you choose, you can answering or hang up a call and receive a second incoming call. Some models support functions such as reject call, hold, swap between ongoing calls, mute, ringtone in headset, and caller ID.
