MiCloud has lots of function icons, including:
- Presence – these are for your personal information and presence status. Click on the picture to see your vCard. These include:
- Presence state is available
- In a call
- Presence state is unavailable
- Meeting starts within 60 minutes according to Outlook
- Contact is in a meeting according to Outlook
- Current activity end time available
- Current activity end time expired
- Activity diversion configured
- Toolbar – this has all the shortcuts you need for call routing, inbox, contacts and conference settings. These are also available in MiCloud.
- Live aid area – this is where you can see notifications for missed calls, transfers, etc.
- Search field
- Tabs – use these to switch between different views.
- Contacts/Calls/Log area – this has all the information about your contacts, ongoing calls, and log.
- Volume bar
- Activate speaker/headset mode
- Mute/unmute microphone
- Open keypad for sending tones
- Record call
- Stop call recording
- Activate transfer
- Add call to a conference
- Park call
- Pick up a parked call
- Requeue call
- Hold call
- Continue with the call held
- Hang up call
- Encrypted call
- Unencrypted call
- Calling identity asserted by the server
- Move call to another phone
- Expand contact info
- Call
- Answer call
- Tray icon – when not in use, MiCloud will be minimised in the tray bar, but you can still change activity, answer calls, mute/unmute, hang up calls and exit.
