  • Called party matches the type of caller by whether they are internal or external. This allows for different rules to be set.
  • Call destination matches the call’s destination to a list of tags.
  • Call source is matches the call’s source to a list of tags.
  • Date matches the call to before, after or on a specific date.
  • Day of week is used to specify “is” or “is not” and the day of week.
  • Dialed number matches the dialed number against a set of defined number types.
  • Diverted To matches calls that have been diverted while using the “Enter number:” setting. This does not apply to calls diverted to your own device(s).
  • Nightmode matches the Nightmode state and specifies what happens when Nightmode is active or not active.
  • Role matches the current presence role when a call comes in.
  • Time matches a time value.
  • Queue dictates that the call should be forwarded to the personal queue. This rule is usually used together with the Incall match criteria. Calls that have been in a personal queue can only be diverted to internal extensions.

If the rule is matched, the following actions are available:

  • Blocked because of restricted time blocks the call and the caller will hear a prompt informing them of the reason why.
  • Blocked because of unauthorised user blocks the call and the caller will hear a prompt informing them of the reason why.
  • Placed from anonymous line hides the number being called from.
  • Placed from billing ID line makes the call come from the billing ID line.
  • Placed from personal office line sets the number configured as the primary personal number for the call.
  • Placed from external system the calling party number will be set to the number configured on the external system.
  • Placed from the calling party number set the call to the function number chosen in the next dropdown list.
  • Placed from secondary office line sets the number configured as the secondary personal number for the call.
  • Placed from switchboard line sets the call to the switchboard number.
  • Redirected to switchboard redirects the caller to the switchboard number instead of connecting to the dialled number.
